Oil Preservation
In order not to compromise the quality of the oil due to storage with incorrect temperature, light exposure and contact with oxygen, we advise our customers to observe the following advices:

I.
Prefer extra virgin olive oil packed in dark glass or tins

II.
Store the oil in a dark, cool and closed place, with a conservation temperature between 12° and 18°C (the optimal temperature is about 15°C)

III.
Do not store the bottle near electrical appliances and generally avoid all sources of heat

IV.
Close the bottle with the cap after each use

V.
Once the main container has been opened, consume the oil as soon as possible

VI.
If the oil is purchased in a tin, it is advisable to transfer the oil into dark, well-sealed bottles as soon as the tin is opened
These measures make it possible to enjoy our oil as if it were freshly pressed, without triggering oxidative and chemical processes that affect its quality and taste characteristics.
