The Oil mill San Carlo is a family-run business that has specialized in the production of high quality extra virgin olive oil for three generations. The product is made only from olives from our olive groves located in Calabria (Italy), where the climate and soil offer ideal conditions for producing an excellent olive oil. The oil is cold extracted to preserve its flavour, aroma and nutrients. Furthermore, the company is committed to a green revolution, promoting sustainability and environmental protection through sustainable agriculture and reducing environmental impact.
